Enpat assists patent owners whose patents are infringed. In order for us to work with the patent holder, it must be a United States patent. Additionally, the patent owner must have clear title to the patent.
The amount at issue must be significant enough to warrant the expenses incurred by Enpat in licensing and/or enforcing the patent.

Enpat Patent Enforcement Process
- Determine whether there is a substantial likelihood that the patent is infringed, and, if so, the extent of the infringement.
- Conduct a stringent patent validity analysis, by reviewing the patent’s Patent Office File Wrapper, by interviewing, where necessary, the inventors of the patent, and by conducting a thorough prior art search.
Upon satisfactory completion of this analysis Enpat will present a proposed contract to the patent owner for consideration. Enpat will bear the costs of any licensing or enforcement activity in return for a portion of resulting revenues.
